You do not need a large fleet to need dispatch software. If you have a few drivers and a whiteboard, a group chat or a stack of paper dockets, Runday replaces them with one digital record. Runday is set up with a wizard, no code. It covers your company details, logo and brand colours, your own labels for locations, drivers and vehicles, which modules are on or off, currency, time zone, tax codes, units of measure, your first location, and inviting users with roles. Your products then go into the product catalogue.

Built for distributors and suppliers

Runday suits distributors, wholesalers and suppliers who deliver their own stock: building supplies, water, gas, food and drink, and other products. Inventory stock counts sit in the same app, so dispatch and stock stay in line.

Drivers stay connected, even offline

The driver view works offline. Drivers can open their stops, capture signatures and photos, and Runday sends the records when the phone reconnects.

Customers know what is happening

Once your WhatsApp Business number and email domain are connected, Runday sends customers automated updates as the order moves: confirmed, out for delivery and delivered. The messages come from your number and your domain.

Reports and accounting

Reports show what was ordered, dispatched and delivered. Runday syncs with QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books. You can also export to CSV or invoice from Runday itself.

Your own copy

Each client gets its own copy of Runday, with its own branding and its own address, such as yourcompany.rundayapp.com. Sign-in is by invite only, and the app installs on a phone like any other app.
