WhatsApp ordering

Take delivery orders on WhatsApp, from your own number

Your customers already message you on WhatsApp. The problem is what happens next. Orders get lost in long chats, someone retypes them, and nobody is sure what was confirmed. Runday gives you a WhatsApp ordering bot on your own business number that sends each order straight into Runday.

How WhatsApp ordering works

Your number, not ours

The bot runs on your own WhatsApp Business number. Your customers keep talking to you, under your name. Runday stays in the background.

Automated updates on WhatsApp and email

With your number and email domain connected, Runday sends customers updates as the order moves: order confirmed when it is approved, out for delivery when the load leaves, and delivered once the customer signs off. That means fewer calls asking where an order is.

The rest of the delivery is already there

WhatsApp orders are not a separate system. They become Runday orders, with the same approval rules, dispatch, offline driver view, customer sign-off with signature and photos, stock counts, reports and audit log. Runday syncs with QuickBooks Online, Xero and Zoho Books. You can also export to CSV or invoice from Runday itself.

Good for repeat ordering

WhatsApp ordering suits businesses where customers order the same products again and again: water and gas delivery, food and drink distribution, building supplies and wholesale. It is quick for the customer and it keeps the record clean for you.

Set up and branding

Runday is set up with a wizard, no code. It covers your company details, logo and brand colours, your own labels for locations, drivers and vehicles, which modules are on or off, currency, time zone, tax codes, units of measure, your first location, and inviting users with roles. Your products then go into the product catalogue. Each client gets its own copy of Runday, with its own branding and its own address, such as yourcompany.rundayapp.com. Sign-in is by invite only, and the app installs on a phone like any other app.
