“It never came.” Show them what they signed.
Every delivery business hears it. Then it is your driver's word against your customer's, and a paper slip that might still be in the cab. Runday ends every run with a record instead.
What the customer signs for
- Each line, against what was loaded. Accepted, damaged and short. Accepted can never exceed what left the depot.
- A reason for anything less than full. Partial needs a reason per line. Refused needs a reason. Typed at the door, not remembered later.
- Photos, name, signature, time. Up to three photos, the receiver's typed name, a drawn signature, and device and server time.
What your office sees
The signed record sits on the job, in the event log, and on the dashboard's open exceptions with the reason and how long it has been open. Refused or short stock comes back as a pending return that the depot confirms before restocking. The order shows Partially delivered, and the rest can go on a new delivery.
What your customer keeps
After signing, the customer sees a read-only receipt page and can print or download a PDF receipt. Same record, both sides.
Runday is built and tested and ready for its first clients. We will show you a full run on sample data.
